🏷️ Project Overview
🎯 The Challenge: The F&B Content Treadmill
Many high-end F&B brands struggle with content inconsistency. Between managing kitchen operations and front-of-house service, Sanwa Jo needed a way to maintain a premium digital presence without the stress of constant, weekly filming.
The Goal: Capture the diverse culinary pillars of Sanwa Jo—Sushi, Teppanyaki, and Robatayaki—and transform them into a sustainable 30-day content calendar in a single session.
🛠️ The Strategy: Efficiency by Design
To achieve "1 Month in 1 Day," we moved away from "freestyle" shooting and implemented a high-velocity production framework:
1. Smart Pre-Production
We mapped out the month's narrative before the cameras even arrived. This included identifying key menu items, promotional dates, and brand pillars to ensure no time was wasted on-set.
2. Story-Led Shot List
Instead of just "food porn," we focused on the craftsmanship.
3. Multi-Format Capture
We utilized a "capture once, use thrice" philosophy. Every scene was filmed to be optimized for:
📸 The Execution
The shoot day was a synchronized flow through the three distinct areas of the restaurant:
“Style Note: We maintained a clean, modern aesthetic throughout, ensuring that even the most chaotic kitchen moments felt premium and aligned with the Sanwa Jo brand identity.”
🚀 The Results
💡 Key Takeaway
Consistency doesn't require constant work—it requires a better system. By treating a shoot day as a "Content Factory," F&B brands can stay top-of-mind for diners without sacrificing their focus on the kitchen.
